Customer Responsibilities
Customers must agree to policies, sign liability waivers, and ensure they have read class descriptions before attending. Each class has specified age ranges, and students should enroll in the appropriate category.

Health & Safety
For the safety and well-being of all participants, customers must disclose any relevant health or behavioral conditions during registration. Respect and kindness toward fellow students and instructors are required, with zero tolerance for bullying or disruptive behavior.

Liability
Participants are required to sign a liability waiver, acknowledging that True Talent is not responsible for injuries or damages incurred during sessions.

Code of Conduct
Students and parents are expected to uphold a respectful, inclusive environment. Disrespect, bullying, or behaviors that threaten safety or dignity will not be tolerated. Repeated violations may result in removal from the program without refund.
