Refund Eligibility
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, with consideration for emergencies or significant life events. Certain classes, such as same-day bookings, promotional offers, or special instructor-led classes, are non-refundable.

Notice Requirements
Requests for refunds are assessed individually, and customers are encouraged to contact us promptly for any concerns.

Refund Fees
Processing fees may apply if they are incurred by True Talent, but exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered for unused portions of packages or if a student cannot complete a program due to unexpected illness or other valid reasons. Alternatively, credits can be applied to future classes.

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed either via the original payment method or as credit toward future classes, depending on the customer’s preference and situation.
