Booking Process

Customers can book classes online through our primary system, over the phone, or in person. Online booking is encouraged for convenience, but staff can assist with phone or in-studio bookings. Classes are scheduled weekly and charged monthly, with the option to add additional classes at a discounted rate. Trial classes, single sessions (group and private), and packages are available.

Payment Requirements

Payment is collected at the time of booking and recurs monthly for regular classes. A one-time registration fee is required for first-time bookings. Customers can register in advance to secure spots for upcoming classes or camps.

Scheduling Changes

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances, especially with children, can arise and will do our best to accommodate makeup classes.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Students arriving up to 15 minutes late may still join their session. For missed classes, we will do our best to arrange a makeup session.
